Funeral service arrangement in Israel

Funeral arrangements are the different services that we provide to reduce the bureaucracy and the technicalities around the funeral. These services include :

Issuing a burial permit

Issuing a burial permit- approaching the ministry of health with all the required documents to issue the burial permit. All people that wish to have their body buried in Israel must acquire a burial license and the cemetery will not proceed with the funeral and burial until they receive the permit.

Scheduling the funeral

we approach the cemetery management on behalf of the family of the deceased and schedule the funeral

Funeral event design

for some people, it is important to have a say in what is provided to the people the will arrive to funeral, especially that cemeteries in Israel provide a basic service. This can include the following :

- Audio and video equipment
- Water bottles, especially in the hot summer days
- Chairs
- In some places a podium is required for the speakers
- Some people desire a speaker / host that can manage the funeral when they don’t want to relay on the management of the cemetery’s rabbi
- Transportation – the cemetery is usually responsible for the transportation of the deceased to the cemetery – but as we have a nationwide ambulance company, we can assist to make sure everything is in a timey order.
- Guest transportation – sometimes, a transport (bus, mini van) is required to transport guest to the cemetery.
